UBIA can offer different types of honorary doctorates. It may offer only a Doctor of Divinity degree or award a degree based on the recipient's achievements. Posthumous honoris causa

1. Avoir au moins 40 ans
2. Avoir au moins 10 ans de ministère
3. Avoir au moins la licence.
4. A défaut le bac théologique + 15 de ministère
5. Les réalisations dans le ministère
6. Votre témoignage écrit
7. un CV bien détaillé
8. Une enquête de moralité faite par l'Université.
9. Les frais d'administration + les frais de toge et de médaille s'élèvent à 500 000 FCFA.
